Before establishing her own firm, Irina practiced at several prominent New York City law firms, where she focused on bankruptcy law, business transactions, and federal securities litigation. She has represented investors and consumers in class actions, derivative suits, and complex litigation arising from mergers and acquisitions under both federal and state securities laws. Irina also received in-depth training in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and adversary proceedings in federal bankruptcy courts.
