About Linda Barrett
Linda Barrett advises private equity funds, public companies, and other clients on a wide range of executive compensation and employee benefits matters, particularly in connection with complex transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, take-privates, spin-offs, sales, and IPOs. She works with leading clients including KKR, New Mountain Capital, Stonepeak, Centerbridge, DigitalBridge, and JPMorgan.
In addition to transactional work, Linda helps design and implement employee compensation and benefits programs, and negotiates executive employment and separation agreements on behalf of both companies and individual executives.
